Dissemination plan and strategic approach
This deliverable describes the DISCOVER project dissemination plan and strategic approach, which will serve as a reference for the dissemination activities to be performed by the project.
Evaluation Methodology
This deliverable presents the evaluation methodology that will be used to evaluate the DISCOVER platform and service during the pilot phase, in order to adapt the platform accordingly (and possibly release a new version), but also to appraise the wider challenges for technical and organisational feasibility and to draw together generically applicable or synthesized findings.
Standard presentation
This deliverable presents the standard presentation for DISCOVER which is given to interested stakeholders and used by all project partners of DISCOVER. It is updated as necessary by CASALA, the lead partner for dissemination.
Database of contacts
This deliverable describes the role of the stakeholder database of contacts. This refers to the DISCOVER stakeholders and interested partners segmented according to potential information needs and interests. The DISCOVER database will be continuously added to with new contacts during the lifetime of the project by the individual dissemination leads for each partner so as to provide a platform for regular involvement of stakeholders in their areas of interest.
Check-list for pilot sites
This document provides a check-list for our pilot sites to help focus on what needs to be communicated rather than how it needs to be communicated. Our check-list is designed to support those engaging with carers in the test-bed sites to help them meet their ethical and legal obligations to participants. The check-list
should minimise common mistakes.
